请教会议论文级别published by IEEE Computer Society
2008 International Conference on Information Technology in Education will be held on December 12~14, 2008 in Wuhan, China. The conference proceedings will be published by IEEE Computer Society, all papers accepted will be included in IEEE Xplore and cited by EI.

请问这样的会议发表的论文算什么级别？是否值得发表？谢谢
