As it is known to us, “having a fever” is the common way to express that a person is ill. Then how to say “发烧三十九度五”?

I think maybe we can say having a fever at 39.5C or having temperature at 39.5C.

Can "at" be changed into "of"?  Desire to know it.

I'm not sure if "at" can be changed into "of", maybe we can say both, because I don't see any big different meaning in this case.

Frankly English is not my first foreign language in which I can speak fluently.
