看了下，有个说法：

question after question，到底还有哪些question, other than 这句“你接种疫苗了吗？”？ 没有说明。
这句话确实很难听，说是种族主义，或许也说得通。但是感觉完整的上下文还是缺失。就针对一句“你接种疫苗了吗？”，回应“滚回你自己的国家去。在那里，他们像比目鱼一样撒谎，但在这里可不行。” 感觉有点突兀。
