第八条 装船：从卖方收到买方信用证letter of credit日期算起，45天内予以装船，若发生买方所订船舶未按时到达装货，按本合同规定，卖方有权向买方索赔损毁／耽搁费，按总金额____％计算为限。因此，买方需向卖方提供银行保证。
Eight shipment: In term of the provision of this contract ，during 45 days since the bargainor received the letter of credit of the vendee, the shipment should be fulfilled. If the watercraft  that vendee orders can not load on schedule,the bargainor can be entitled to claim that vendee for compensation of mar and delay expense, in the limit of  percent of aggregate amount。Hereby,the vendee must provide a bank guarantee to the bargainor.
