Does it feel right to u that our edu system is all about ENGLISH?

and pay so much attention to this language even with a possibility that we may live all our life without it or just do a favor to a foreigner visitor who's lost in direction....\"it's over there, take the 2nd corner to the right, you can't miss it\"

I dont know what's going wrong with this whole edu system, education is encouraging system rather than cramming crap, chinese students have been working on this ENGLISH thing since primary school and it's funny they cant even utter a word after 8-year effort on this!

If it's not a blunder our edu system makes, I really dont know what blunder means!
