1、楼主的给的句子，谷歌一下，找到更完整的句子 （ in order to ）理解起来就会简单了。

2、俺想过半天，感觉用文言文译或许好些。
虽然也觉得兄弟的译文似乎仍是言犹未尽。但也没想出比兄弟更好的译文，所以俺就藏拙了。

3、至于俺说的a bit too big 。。。，是发帖时思维跳跃太快，想着楼主仅从句子理解上看google books上的例子应该没什么问题。所以跟着戏说了一句。\(^o^)/~

这个翻译比较因辞害意。“仁”在中文里特有所指，（据说）一般会对译为benevolent、virtuous、compassionate，甚至直接音译为ren、jen。相比之下，kind虽然也有这些意思，但显得不够庄重，较口语化，翻译成友善、慈爱更合适。但如果精确对译则容易失去文言文简明又有点跩跩的效果（比如前半句还考虑过译为“仁而有加”）。

“斯仁矣”表示判断，个人感觉比“尽显”更贴近原文，即“才真是，才真算得上”。
