This is the guide of European Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Therapy (ESRA) available on their official site, but not available as a printed book until now; so, this is not an official release, but a compendium of informations put assemble for those who need a portable guide for regional anesthesia.
The handbook is very sucint and yet very complete guide, and is having some really well done illustrations.
The links for some demo video available on their site are still present in those off-line versions, but it might require registration (which is free).
